(3) Rolling tube and cutting tube: put the roll paper cut by the slitter on the paper tube holder, add glue to the glue tank, run the equipment, the strip paper is spirally rolled and formed, and there is a cutting device at the end to cut off the paper tube ;
(4) Paper tube loading: load the cut paper tube into a trolley with casters;
(5) Paper tube drying: push the cart into the baking room, turn on the paper tube dryer, and automatically dry it. The drying time of the paper tube is 8 to 15 hours, and the temperature is increased from 50, 55, 60, 65 degrees;
(6) Fine cutting and grinding of the paper tube: the precision of the paper tube cut by the reeling machine is not high, and it needs to be cut again by the fine cutting machine, and the cut incision can be polished before packaging and delivery.
Although dehydration is used in the production process of the paper tube, the paper tube is dried for 8-15 hours before leaving the factory, so the finished paper tube does not contain glue and can be purchased with confidence for the birds wholesalers.
